Hi there, I’m John Iriks, Managing Director at Western Challenge Real Estate.

My love for the real estate industry started around 30 years ago. I’m also extremely passionate about accounting and managed KPC Accounting Pty Ltd before recently retiring. Over this time, I have come to discover the beauty of working in such an amazing town.

Since 1953, my family have been proud residents of Kwinana. I have always tried to get involved with the community and assist in spreading the magic of our town. My first community position was Treasurer of Kwinana Scouts in the late sixties I enjoyed playing and managing Kwinana Basketball in the seventies. a proud member and President of the Rotary Club of Kwinana since 1979 and all the time part of a family active in the Parish of St Vincent’s Catholic Church. I’ve spent a time serving in the local council, presently a City Freeman, and I am the current chairman of the Kwinana Community Bank Branch of Bendigo Bank and a passionate member of the Kwinana Golf Club.

As a result of all my interactions with Kwinana and its residents, I’ve developed a thorough understanding of how the community thinks and what it requires. For this reason, I’ve dedicated myself to ensuring that Western Challenge Real Estate is providing its amazing locals with a service that is professional and approachable. Like I’ve done my entire life, I want Western Challenge to connect with the locals; to listen to them and act in accordance with their best interests. This approach would best be described by a philosophy that I humbly standby.
